This form is for people who have taken part in the Hyperemesis Gravidarum Priority Setting Partnership. If you would like to be informed of the next stage of the research, when the questions we have received will be prioritised, then please complete the form. We will also use this information to inform participants about the final prioritisation meeting and the results of the project. If you do not want to take part in the next stage that is fine too; your questions will still be included. This form is in no way connected to the questions you have submitted or your demographic information.
